We now employ 55 people in Gornau, a municipality close to Chemnitz in eastern Germany, in the areas of semi-finished product processing, container and apparatus construction, plant construction and clean room technology. Our solutions are used in sectors such as mechanical engineering and plant construction, medical and environmental technology, the semiconductor industry and photovoltaics. Philipp Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a small family-run manufacturing company in the north east of the Saxony region in eastern Germany. The company has specialised in processing polyurethane for over 20 years. Using state-of-the-art high-pressure technology, we can join PUR safety edges to fit the form of the support material. In addition to tailor-made table solutions, we can also manufacture edged PUR table tops and tables made of compact panel material (HPL laminates). In addition, we support our customers with implementing moulded parts made from polyurethane. Philipp Kunststofftechnik GmbH remains an expert partner – from the initial idea through to prototypes and the finished serial product.

Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Moreover, we can print foundry and thermoforming models made of sand and continue processing them such that small series can be produced.
