Our trademark includes flexible assembly systems, laser systems and systems for electrochemical metal processing for the automotive industry, electrical engineering/electronics, medical technology and alternative energy technology. For years, SITEC systems for the automotive industry have been used to fully automatically assemble and laser process high-pressure pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, shift forks, steering systems, camshaft adjusters, stators/inverters, piston rods and components for battery systems and fuel cells such as cell connectors, battery terminals or bipolar plates. In the field of medical technology, industry-compliant systems for the assembly and, in particular, laser micromachining of membranes, implants and surgical instruments are developed and built. In parallel to mechanical and plant engineering we have been producing assemblies and components for customers in the automotive industry in certified quality according to IATF 16949 for many years. Synergy effects result from our technological competence and tailor-made mechanical and plant engineering.

IPC Process Center GmbH & Co.KG offers the service of improving your bulk raw materials and products. We refine powders, granulates and pellets for a wide range of applications. In our qualified contract facilities, we process e.g. liquid preparations into solids, agglomerate powder mixtures, apply functional coatings and much more. In each case, these are individual, tailor-made bulk materials on customer order. Together with our clients, we develop such products in our technical lab in order to produce them at a later date in one of our 6 contract plants. As a contract manufacturer, IPC specialises in the following technological processes: - Fluidised bed agglomeration - Fluid bed coating (aqueous and hot melt) - Spray granulation (continuous fluid bed operation) especially the possibility to use the spouted bed process - Wet granulation in an intensive mixer - Low pressure extrusion (basket extruder) Production is completed with testing and product release in the chemical-physical laboratory. Our qualified ERP system guarantees one hundred percent traceability of all raw material movements from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods. Our production facilities and expertise are available to customers in the food, animal feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries.
