Together with our clients, we develop such products in our technical lab in order to produce them at a later date in one of our 6 contract plants. As a contract manufacturer, IPC specialises in the following technological processes: - Fluidised bed agglomeration - Fluid bed coating (aqueous and hot melt) - Spray granulation (continuous fluid bed operation) especially the possibility to use the spouted bed process - Wet granulation in an intensive mixer - Low pressure extrusion (basket extruder) Production is completed with testing and product release in the chemical-physical laboratory. Our qualified ERP system guarantees one hundred percent traceability of all raw material movements from the receipt of raw materials to the dispatch of finished goods. Our production facilities and expertise are available to customers in the food, animal feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries.

Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Moreover, we can print foundry and thermoforming models made of sand and continue processing them such that small series can be produced. We mainly process strip stock in a wide variety of alloys. Our in-house CAD design office, together with our tool manufacturing department, allows us to quickly respond to customer requests. Our tool manufacturing department can provide all the necessary machine tools. Eccentric presses and automatic punching machines of up to 1600 kN are available for punching applications. The manufactured punched parts are washed/degreased or finished by means of vibration to achieve the final surface quality. Our assembly shop utilises toggle and eccentric presses as well as riveting and welding machines. We also have manual assembly workspaces. Other methods, for example tempering, galvanising or laser machining, are made possible through cooperation with authorised partners.
