After forced nationalisation in 1972, the private company was re-privatised on 1st July 1990 by the founder's great-grandson, Mr Werner Siche (died 16th April 2013). Our active membership of the Verband der Deutschen Federnindustrie (Association of the German Spring Industry) enables us to have all of the important and current information concerning spring manufacturing and development.
