Facet Precision Tool GmbH is an ISO 9001-certified company that was launched in 2015 by experienced tool designers, to take advantage of the advances in laser and CNC grinding technology in order to produce more accurate polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and carbide custom tools. Building on these technological advances in the areas of processes, machinery and materials, it is our objective to provide the industry with more wear-resistant and more precise PCD and carbide tools. With extensive background knowledge in the manufacture of PCD, we have made it our objective to utilise custom PCD and PCD veined materials with improved wear resistance and sharpness in the design of our cutting tools. Facet Precision Tool GmbH develops, manufactures, repairs and regrinds custom PCD, diamond-coated and carbide tools, in order to enhance the productivity of customer-specific machining processes, improve process yields and reduce part costs. It offers comprehensive expertise in the development and production of tool solutions for a multitude of boring, milling and reaming processes. The special design of PCD tools often enables multiple use by re-sharpening the blades or replacing the PCD blades. Through re-sharpening or refitting, the overall costs of the tools can be significantly reduced.
STIELER KUNSTSTOFF SERVICE GMBH

Since 1998, Stieler Kunststoff Service GmbH in Goslar has developed innovative solutions for special technologies in the field of plastics engineering & sells equipment technology produced in-house worldwide. The technologies include processes such as internal gas pressure, external as pressure, water and projectile injection, physical foaming with our own patented process and much more besides. Our CoolFlow technology (rinsing with nitrogen at -30°C) is one of our key technologies for reducing warping tendencies and, above all, cycle times. There are also tempering techniques which can remedy special problems in plastic injection moulding, e.g. change tempering with steam or induction to avoid weld lines or poor surface quality. CO2 tempering can be very effective in tempering cycle-dictating points in the mould, where water is unable to do this. The plant technology service is provided worldwide by trained service staff. With the managing directors' experience with these special technologies stretching back over 30 years together with in-house developments, the company is in a very special position. ECOROLL AG Werkzeugtechnik is a leading provider of tools for fine mechanical surface machining. ECOROLL AG Werkzeuge – which employs around 80 people – develops, manufactures and distributes tools for burnishing, roller burnishing, skiving burnishing and machine hammer preening. ECOROLL tools are used wherever there are special demands for surface roughness or component strength. The burnishing or roller burnishing process is carried out on commonly used machine tools directly after pre-machining and achieves surfaces with very low roughness (< Ra 0.01 / < Rz 1.0 µm), comparable to results when sanding, honing or polishing. This is thanks to the forming of the component edge zone roughness profile without material removal, while also increasing the dynamic strength and edge zone hardness. ECOROLL can also supply a comprehensive range of standard tools from stock. Another of our strengths is developing and manufacturing special solutions according to customer requirements. With our team skilled in distribution, design and applications technology, we create tailor-made tools and processes for special customer applications. Our applications team also offers the opportunity to test our technologies through machining trials at ECOROLL's or the customer's premises and to find any ways of improving the surface finish.
