In addition to the production and trade of German honey, propolis and pollen, we focus on New Zealand Manuka honey. Our absolute priority here is guaranteeing the authenticity and purity of the honey. To do so, every batch is checked by an accredited laboratory before export to Germany. After transport and approval by the responsible offices, the honey is sent again into a German laboratory. This is how we guarantee the absolute purity of our maorika Manuka honeys. maorika is a registered trademark of reitz natura GmbH, a company founded in Hamburg. The name "maorika" is a homage to the indigenous people of New Zealand, who are known as the Maori. They are the discovers of Manuka honey and were the first to use it for medicinal purposes.
