All of the waste materials generated during processing, such as wood bark, wood chips and sawdust, are further processed to produce marketable finished and semi-finished products. For example, sawdust is used to produce pellets and briquettes, and blocks are used to make transport pallets. The wood residues are used to power five in-house biomass heating plants. The high-quality wood products originate from sustainable, certified forests.

Thanks to their quick, uncomplicated installation, our products are becoming more popular across Germany and the rest of Europe. The thread on our DW sleeves are shaped using rollers. This rolling process creates a completely circumferential, precisely shaped threads, enabling flawless machining of aluminium, steel and stainless steel materials. Our production happens in-house, which means that we have the opportunity to directly implement customer requests. As a result, we can adapt the length of the threaded sleeves if requested. The rolled internal/external threads of the sleeve can direct the tensile loads acting on the thread into the concrete body as optimally as possible.
