  5. MITOTHERAPIE UG

    Germany

Phospholipids are polar lipids that consist of a hydrophilic (“water-loving”) head and two lipophilic (“fat-loving”) fatty acid chains that are linked by a glycerine backbone. In an aqueous environment, they form characteristic double layers (so-called liposomes) in which the fat-loving ends are oriented towards each other and the polar, water-friendly head groups align outwards and inwards towards the water phase. Using a multi-stage process, we produce ultra-small liposomes that contain nutrients inside. This enables faster absorption, which already takes place through the oral mucosa. We consciously avoid using preservatives or artificial solubilizers such as polysorbates. Liposomal formulations from MitoTherapy - nature reinvented! Using a process that is similarly used in the homogenization of milk, we bring coenzyme Q10 into ultra-small droplets coated with phospholipids. In this form, it can be absorbed faster, more completely and also through the oral mucosa.
