  1. PRO-TECTION GMBH

    Germany

We produce respiratory protection at the Niedenstein site. The OP mask has been checked in a German laboratory according to EN 14683 Type II. Specially approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices. Our face mask passed the test according to the EN 14683: 2019-10 Type II standard on 19th June 2020 in a German laboratory. Basic information: BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) = 99.97%, limit value 98%, pressure difference (breathing resistance) = average of 29 Pa/cm², limit value 40 Pa/cm². Microbiological purity = average of 8.8 CFU/g, limit value 30 CFU/g. Dimensions 17.5 cm x 9.5 cm. For our face masks, we therefore rely on a combination of different micro non-woven filter materials, which clean the air in a filter cascade and consequently allow a wide range of uses. The mask is made of three layers. The middle layer is made out of ultra-fine melt-blown material (virus and bacteria filter). We use a product from a prominent German manufacturer here.

For more than 100 years, Atlas has been the pioneer in continually developing new solutions in order to assist companies in testing the durability of their products. From our first instrument in 1915 (the Solar Determinator), which simulated the fading effect the sun has on fabric, through to today's comprehensive network of weathering – a range of services and products for materials testing – our focus has remained the same. We offer our customers sophisticated technologies and advanced testing solutions so that they can determine the durability of their products. As a result, our customers can reach their ultimate goals: Quality products, competitive advantages and faster times to market. We help our customers to develop testing programmes with which they can obtain the data they need to make the right decisions relating to the material performance of their products.

  3. CASOCLEANCHECK QUALITY IMPROVEMENT GBR

    Germany

    Verified by europages badge

CasoCleanCheck GbR specialises in inspecting the technical cleanliness of components. We use a special analysis facility for this purpose. In addition to the residual dirt analysis of functional components, we have also become specialists in the inspection of decorative components. The measurement of component cleanliness plays a significant role, since it is gaining increasing significance as a sign of quality, and is also more frequently recorded on drawings (CCC = component cleanliness code), through which it can be quantified as well. Our procedures and standards, which have been specially developed for this purpose, allow us to generate fast, reliable, reproducible and cost-effective results. The residual dirt analyses that we perform conform to the standards of the new VDA 19 (ISO 16232). Our clients include some of the most well-known names in the automotive supplier industry. The company CasoCleanCheck is accredited to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard as of March 2013.
