We manufacture quickly, reliably and with precision. Our products are used in mechanical and electrical engineering, the chemicals industry, the furniture industry, lighting technology, plant and apparatus engineering, environmental technology, water treatment, etc. We process POM, PA6, PA6.6, PA6.6 GF, PVC, PVDF, PEEK, PTFE, PE, PP plastics, amongst others. We are partners and manufacturers for small, medium and large series production. Production takes place in accordance with an original drawing, sketch or sample. AURION Anlagentechnik GmbH – plasma technology = plasma systems + high frequency components. AURION Anlagentechnik GmbH was founded by three entrepreneurs towards the end of 1996. The idea which led to this was to produce efficient, low-cost and environmentally friendly components and complete systems for surface treatment. AURION develops and constructs components which supply power to plasma systems. This includes impedance adaptation networks with automatic tuning as well as filters, switches, phase shifters, power splitters, lines and connectors. The main focus is in the field of high-frequency plasma processes at 13.56–27.12 MHz. Building on our expertise in component manufacturing, AURION also offers complete systems for plasma-enhanced surface treatment. This includes surface cleaning and modification as well as coating and etching processes (PVD, PECVD, RIE, microwave).

Metallbearbeitung Becker GmbH was founded in Dautphetal in 1996. Within a relatively short space of time, we have been able to expand our production and storage spaces to an area of 6000 m² today. At present, we have a wide range of CNC machines available for turning and milling. Inductive hardening, complete assemblies and equipment for machinery and attachments are some of the fields of activity that are carried out by the experienced employees of our company. Production and waste disposal are carried out in accordance with strict environmental standards. For certain periods of time, all the energy required for manufacturing is generated and supplied solely from solar installations at the company's own plant. We use modern CNC machines to manufacture individual workpieces and assemblies according to drawing specifications. We are also able to work with cast components that have been provided by customers, for example. Furthermore, we can manage the procurement of materials and the organisation of additional process steps, such as surface and heat treatment.
