The company was founded as a spring factory in 1974 by Heinrich Lauber. It produced technical springs for local industry and the first production building with modern facilities began operation. Soon, production was expanded. In 1989, an additional branch of the company was taken over by a local company. This branch processes and machines various raw materials.
