The manufacturing programme of our bending technology includes the production of housings, covers, casings, screens and flanged profiles according to customer drawings, from individual parts to small series. In addition to complex security concepts for machine and plant engineering as well as special machine construction, we produce roller shutters, roller doors and roller grille systems from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles for the automotive engineering, interior fittings and roller shutter construction sectors. We work with a total of about 50 employees on a daily basis to meet a wide range of requirements. Our in-house product and process quality can be seen in the regular certification of our production facilities in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. For more than 40 years, STAHLCON GMBH has been supplying stainless steel V-profile clamps as connecting elements for a wide range of applications. In engine manufacturing on exhaust systems, for pumps and fittings, filter construction, pharmaceutical and food systems, and for conveying and processing bulk materials, V-profile clamps are used as components for quick joining of flanges. STAHLCON GMBH was established in 1980 in Stuttgart, initially merely as a sales office. So as to be able to supply standard and customer-specific series parts at short notice, the warehouse was consistently being expanded. In 1990, the company moved to its own premises in Stuttgart. Since then, STAHLCON GMBH has consistently been expanding its stock range, with standard parts always being in stock. In order to meet the further increasing demand for these products in a wide range of industrial sectors, STAHLCON GMBH moved its site and company headquarters to Steinenbronn in April 2005. A larger warehouse and better transport connections have laid key foundations for the future. In April 2014, STAHLCON GMBH moved into a new, larger building, with a storage space of over 1000 m². Our products come from certified production companies as per ISO9001. Our customers benefit from the long-standing experience of the production companies in the development and production of stainless steel parts. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001: 2015.
