Nowadays, the fully developed PCT module is on the market as a small mounting rail system with the PCT monitor, acting as a Windows operating programme. Using various strategies, this device evaluates measurement signals coming from a max. of eight external sensors or directly from the machine via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. Our monitoring strategies are often used in the areas of grinding and dressing but can also be applied to other machining processes, such as turning, milling, drilling and honing. The hardware and software are developed and produced in Germany.
