inprotec AG produces top-quality powders and granules using spray drying and fluidised bed granulation technology on a contract basis. We apply our many years of in-house expertise to develop innovative products in collaboration with our customers and to make these items ready for the market. Our business involves the contract manufacturing of high-quality powders and granules (single and multi-component systems). Our process technologies include spray granulation, conventional spray drying, spray agglomeration, coating, matrix encapsulation and fluidised bed drying. Solids and liquids are processed in combination as aqueous solutions, suspensions, emulsions or molten materials. The size of our facilities: 2 x laboratory facilities (0.1–5 kg), 1 x pilot facility (20–5000 kg), 7 x manufacturing facilities (total capacity approx. 100, 000 to annually). We can organise all of the logistics related to contract manufacturing. In addition, our services include mixing and dosing, as well as packaging and dispatching end products.

Filter presses are our specialty! Whether conventional chamber filter presses, accessories or fully automatic membrane filter presses. With almost 30 years of experience in filtration, AQUACHEM offers an efficient and optimal solution for many applications. We are particularly proud of our AF filter machines. The fully automatic press is a mature and reliable system that has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. Compared to our competitors in the market, the difference we offer lies in myriad details and, primarily, in the definition of 'fully automatic operation'. The AF filter machine continuously produces and empties filter cakes without the presence of an operator. It is guaranteed that no medium can escape in an uncontrolled manner. On the other hand, our BC series for semi-automatic applications impresses with its simplicity and at the same time maximum convenience for the operator. Small manual filter presses up to format 630 are covered by the EC series. The LCM 320 (Pocket Press Membrane), however, can be used mobile on a practical trolley, ideally on site. This machine can also be used as a test filter press in a case to make a suitable choice of cloth or to check the filterability of the suspension. We are specialize in the cold pressing of various organic hard seeds such as Pomegranate seeds, passion fruit seeds, rose hip seeds, elderberry seeds and much more. We use the most modern production technology to process your raw materials as gently as possible. How does this work? You provide us with the organic raw materials and we take care of the rest. From the test pressing for your laboratory sample to several truck loads. With our powerful presses, we can also process large quantities gently. After the pressing process, the oil is filtered and filled into cans or cubitainers as required. The press cake is packed in BigBags ready for dispatch. Your benefit: You control the quality of the seed or oil in the purchasing process and also sell the press cake for better added value. Your oils are always freshly pressed. And then? You get the finished products back and sell the oil and press cakes or process them further. After each pressing, we evaluate the yields and document this on a production log.
