  1. KLETZINER HOLZHAUS UND IMMOBILIEN GMBH

    Germany

It all began in 1994. This is the year in which we discovered a love of wood, and consequently an interest in wooden buildings. We have been involved with everything connected to the subject of wooden buildings. We're now a small company that employs workers from the fields of carpentry, roofing and interior design. Our employees are trained so as to be able to lend a hand in all areas of construction. We do anything to satisfy the wishes of our customers and comply with the deadline for finishing their dream house. We have further developed natural construction in our buildings in collaboration with various wooden building manufacturers and suppliers. We thus use not only ecologically and sustainably cultivated wood, but also insulating materials made of natural materials, such as hemp or jute. We thereby reduce the allergen risk in our buildings to a minimum. Energy-saving building starts from the ground up. Here too, we collaborate with German companies such as Schwedenplatte, who manufacture energy-saving foundations upon and according to customer requests. We plan our buildings for and above all with the customers. No building is like another. So we don't have prefabricated floor plans or a catalogue. Everything is developed together with the customer. With us, customer wishes are incorporated into planning and are expressly desired. Every customer should find their dream building with us, and also feel comfortable in it.

eSaver's core product is a special transformer with high power density and small size. eSaver works according to a unique principle and thus has significant differences in technology and economy compared to other energy-saving devices available on the market. By saving a substantial part of the power loss, the investment no longer takes priority because eSaver finances itself by reducing operating costs. The transformer of the eSaver has a considerably smaller size compared to conventional transformers, so that even large outputs can be realised with a smaller size. In order to keep the entire power supply network stable, the network operators supply an overvoltage that is significantly higher than the required useful voltage for consumers. This ensures that the voltages lie within the tolerance limits even in the furthest corners of the country.
