Gök was founded approx. 30 years ago as a retailer and wholesaler for gastronomy equipment. We were an international supplier in this sector in subsequent years. Approx. 15 years ago, we concentrated on the production and sales of specially developed electric doner kebab knives in various models. Our products were further developed in subsequent years according to customer wishes in terms of ergonomics, handling and quality. Most recently, we addressed the problem of circular knife grinding quality and grinding technology, and had easily applicable grinding technology internationally patented to this end (grinding device for electric doner kebab knives). This simple but very efficient device solved the grinding problem from the ground up. The patented "Zeybek S-120" grinding device is internationally renowned and used in every professional company.

USG GmbH produces pelletizer knives and pelletizing die plates for a wide variety of plastics and under-water pelletizers. For our knives, we have specialised in vacuum-brazed bimetallic knives. To make these knives, a titanium carbide cutting edge is brazed together with a high-strength stainless steel base body. The granulator screens we manufacture range from "small", electrically heated granulator screens for the production of compounds, to large oil- or steam-heated granulator screens for bulk plastics such as PE and PP. We manufacture and market pelletizer knives for pelletizers from various machine manufacturers. We design and manufacture pelletizing die plates.
