...The season for us begins in June and ends in November. We buy the mushrooms directly from the collectors. Processing starts immediately - the natural product is cleaned, sorted, dried or frozen, and packaged according to your requirements. The focus is on fresh and dried chanterelles and porcini mushrooms. They are our core business. We have consciously chosen to dry/freeze high-quality mushrooms - after all, they come from the eastern regions of Russia and cover a distance of about 6,500 km. Furthermore, we hardly maintain any inventory for fresh goods.
