Since 1st February 2010, Markus Fassl ‒ founder and owner of Fassl Drucklufttechnik ‒ has also been the owner of Werder Drucklufttechnik, a company with a focus on pneumatic products and services with headquarters in Diez near Limburg. The company was founded in 1974 by Heinz K. Werder who managed the company until passing it to his successor, Mr. Fassl, in February 2010. Owner Markus Fassl wanted to optimally bring together the skills and experience of both companies and their long-standing employees so that both companies could improve their product and service offering for their customers. The two businesses have locations that complement one another, and so they should work collaboratively together becoming even more effective and successful. The core competencies of both firms is in the area of pneumatics.
