Up until 2000, products were sold under the name "G.K.L Handelsgesellschaft für Elektrospezialkabel", then the company "moved" to become "Lichtleitertechnik Falkenhain". Our rotary transformers have been successfully used in over 1000 different installations. We have been developing, producing and supplying rotary transmitters all over the world for more than 25 years. By equipping with different combinations of fibre types, windings and cables, we cover a wide range of requirements. Our technicians are happy to implement special requests with regard to distributor size, feed or similar.

Besche KG was founded in 1981. Rubber moulded parts were produced according to customer requirements on five presses. Production increasingly gave way to trade. In 2004, the company moved into the new buildings on Werksstraße, a street in the German town of Hattingen. Since then, BESCHE GmbH has offered wholesale technical moulded rubber parts, which are offered as standard articles and kept in stock. Upon customer request, the components are produced according to customer specifications by our partners in neighbouring European countries and assembled from various components according to customer specifications. In addition, Besche GmbH has been cooperating with a partner company from Sri Lanka since 2014, which manufactures rubber mats and castors locally, which are distributed via our wholesale trade. BESCHE GmbH works customer-oriented, flexibly and economically. We place particular importance on high-quality products. We also manufacture small and very small series.

The company Hermann Stahlschmidt Stahlges. m.b.h., abbreviated to HERSTA, was founded in Düsseldorf by the brothers Hermann and Walter Stahlschmidt in 1932, and remains to this day a family-owned company. In 1980 HERSTA moved to Willich, near Düsseldorf. At the new location we have not only expanded our premises over the past decades, but have in particular continued to develop our company.
