The variety of standard tools ranges from punching units for round and form holes to tools for notching tube ends. In addition, JOKA offers special stamping tools for sheet metal and profiles of different material thickness for use as punching tools. All of the standard model punching units have replaceable cutting elements. Our range of services also includes developing and manufacturing hydraulic punching tools in special designs for sheet metal and profiles, custom-made and tailored to the customer's requirements. Our manufacturing range is rounded off by hydropneumatic tabletop presses for punching machines which have an integrated system for holding the punching units.

We process belt and sheet material from 0.2 to 6 mm sheet thickness. We have invested in optimised machine units especially for processing aluminium strips, but not only for this purpose. Automatic punching presses, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses with pressing forces up to 3150 kN process belts/coils up to 600 mm wide. Tight dimensional tolerances, high flatness requirements and other technically demanding quality features are produced by us and partly controlled "in line". With our cleaning systems, which use organic, CHC-free cleaning agents in an environmentally friendly manner, we are also able to meet special cleanliness requirements – based on current standards for residual dirt identification. Through responsible management, we ensure that high quality standards – based on customer requirements – are achieved. Flat structures ensure careful, target-oriented and fast implementation of our customer orders.

Our hydraulic presses are manufactured in accordance with German machinery directives, European machinery directives (2006/42/EC), EC standards and EU safety regulations. Our presses also exceed the Canadian and European safety requirements since they correspond to the national Brazilian machinery safety directive NR 12. Predominantly hydraulic components from European manufacturers are integrated in the hydraulics system. Our main strength is specialised mechanical engineering and press automation. We sell custom hydraulic presses at surprisingly good prices in accordance with your specifications in various designs, e.g. spotting presses, double-column presses, open-front presses (C-frame presses), column presses. A number of our presses are already in use in Germany and the rest of Europe to the satisfaction of our customers. Founded in 1964 by Karl-Heinz Burre (Dipl.-Ing.), Burre Hydraulik began operations in 1965. The original idea of an engineering office was quickly rejected and its own small manufacturing facilities began. The first developments comprised control valves for hydraulic excavators, explosion-protected solenoid valves and diaphragm valves. In 1972, the company moved into the newly constructed production hall on the site on which Burre Hydraulik's headquarters still stand today. A 540 m² production area allowed more space for putting the founder's innovative ideas into practice. Burre Hydraulik thus designed and produced items including explosion-proof solenoid valves for the refuelling systems of diesel locomotives belonging to Deutsche Bahn. But Karl-Heinz Burre realised quickly that the future lay in hydraulic control systems and equipment, and he orientated the company accordingly. He accepted the challenge here and often entered uncharted technical territory. He therefore had a significant influence on the automation of machinery for the textile industry. But he was also successful in other technical areas. For example, he developed an automatic scuttle for seagoing vessels. The production area also grew consistently in line with this development, and is now over 5000 m².
