On our 120, 000 m2 company premises in Geilenkirchen, we produce your components using state-of-the-art laser technology. Thanks to our many years of experience with customers from the automotive industry, we have the necessary flexibility in the production of both individual parts and large series. In our factory, we rely on the latest laser technology, such as 3D remote laser welding, and conventional production techniques. One particular advantage for our customers is the complete production in our own factory, which we can offer thanks to our cathodic dip painting, wet and powder coating. With our surface finishing equipment, you benefit from cost-efficient and rapid production.

The core competences of Stahlkontor are spread across the three service areas of cutting, joining and cold forming. Laser-beam cutting, water-jet cutting and HSC contour milling are used for cutting according to the type and thickness of the raw material. A choice of laser-beam, laser-hybrid and inert-gas welding are available as joining technologies. For cold forming, Stahlkontor offers bending, compression molding and edging as available in-house processes. With range of mechanical processing, welding processes and surface treatment available at Stahlkontor, it is possible to manufacture components and assemblies ready for installation and further processing.
