Our systems are used in a wide range of sectors to clean and degrease components and parts made from materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic or combinations of these. In addition to an extensive standard programme, we also offer a wide range of custom-made products according to customer requirements. At our in-house technical centre, washing tests are implemented under realistic conditions to determine the scope of the cleaning task or the feasibility of the cleaning requirements. By doing this, BOUS allows production companies worldwide to ensure optimum cleaning of their products for the purposes of delivery or further processing. BOUS has its own customer service which, in addition to providing installation, commissioning and instruction services, can be contacted in the event of malfunctions or for regular annual maintenance. Furthermore, we provide training in the correct care and maintenance of the systems and accompany our customers in conducting initial washing tests and determining the ideal washing parameters on site – if necessary in cooperation with our long-standing chemicals partner.

On a site which measures approx. 1500 m2, we manufacture high quality plastic components of up to 3000 mm in length using state-of-the-art machining centres driven by 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery. As a specialised contract manufacturer, we are able to meet virtually all of our customers' requests. The focus of our services is on milling or machining plastics up to a length of 3000 mm. Among other products, we manufacture clamping systems, profiles, guides and slide rails from abrasion-resistant plastics. We can manufacture products as individual or serial parts, according to your wishes. We primarily process polyethylene in the HMW (PE500) and UHMW (PE1000) qualities, polyamide (PA) and polyoxymethylene (POM), among many others. We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches.
