Apart from manufacturing your turned parts, we offer you different post-processing options including custom packaging solutions. Our parts are manufactured using Swiss precision machines which guarantee top quality – turned parts with diameters from 0.2 mm to a maximum of 16 mm. Thanks to a high-frequency spindle, we are able to drill very small holes (with diameters of up to 0.02 mm) with speeds of up to 80, 000 rpm. Thread whirling/thread chasing up to a thread size of S0.3. Smaller sizes available upon request. Diameter tolerances with the highest precision in the µ range. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13458.

We then began manufacturing car covers and set up another online store called "www.KFZ-Schutzdecken.de". Later on, while I was restoring my own classic car, I found that I needed some spare parts that were not in stock. As a trained master toolmaker, I did not find it too difficult to design these parts from scratch and then had them manufactured by companies with suitable machine tools. This allowed us to establish another online store, "www.Oldtimer-Ersatzteile24.de".
