Schulz-Stanztechnik GmbH, a company with over 50 years of history, has been providing products and services to numerous customers both domestically and abroad at its site in Halver, western Germany since 1991. We manufacture and assemble a number of products in various designs over a production area of 2500 m². The wide variety of products that we offer on the following pages can be used to accomplish practically every conceivable task involved in the transportation of goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, conveying and transport technology, stamped and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

MEI & ROHDE GMBH

Mei & Rohde GmbH was founded by Marco Mei and Hans-Joachim Rohde at the end of 2001. The two company founders worked together for a number of years as customer advisers in the Sales department at Oeserwerk, Göppingen (now CFC Europe). The specialist expertise they gained from this work is the cornerstone of the advice we give to customers on issues relating to application technology and when selecting the appropriate stamping foils, coding foils, thermo transfer foils and the correct stamping accessories. After moving in March 2013, our warehouse and packaging facility is now also located at 47661 Issum. The desired roll hardnesses and further specifications, such as the selection or application of cores, shall be taken into account here and monitored by our quality control department. This is why many customers award us top marks in the supplier evaluation. Our strength lies in our flexibility and our ability to promptly respond to various customer requests. As an owner-managed family business, we launched out company, Filtrum GmbH, in Hemer in 2004. Today, we deliver our plastic injection-moulded parts, stamped parts and moulded parts as well as our filters & dirt trap applications throughout Europe. Our customers operate in the fields of service water, heating technology and electrical engineering among others, and we have provided them with reliable support for a number of years. Extending our portfolio, we also provide products in the field of longitudinal/roll seam welding. This allows us to offer our customers larger filters with a diameter of up to approx. 200 mm and a length of up to approx. 750 mm. What has driven us forward since 2004? Turning our customers’ ideas into reality: all articles are custom-made products that we manufacture in accordance with your drawings and specifications. The following types of material are currently used: Plastic injection moulding: POM, certified for drinking water, PP, PE, PU, ABS. Stamped & moulded parts: brass, stainless steel. Filter inserts & dirt trap applications: 1.4301 + 1.4401 in wire thicknesses from 0.0125 mm to 4 mm and mesh sizes from 20 µm to 4000 µm
