Precision turned parts such as threaded pins are used, for example, in dental technology. Apart from manufacturing your turned parts, we offer you different post-processing options including custom packaging solutions. Our parts are manufactured using Swiss precision machines which guarantee top quality – turned parts with diameters from 0.2 mm to a maximum of 16 mm. Thanks to a high-frequency spindle, we are able to drill very small holes (with diameters of up to 0.02 mm) with speeds of up to 80, 000 rpm. Thread whirling/thread chasing up to a thread size of S0.3. Smaller sizes available upon request. Diameter tolerances with the highest precision in the µ range.
