Examples include: - End-of-line test benches, durability test benches, development test benches, climate and temperature test benches, leakage test benches (gas/hydrogen), test benches for tilt sensors/multi-axis movement simulation, test benches for power electronics and E-charging points. Working with our customers, we can connect these test systems to their IT infrastructure (databases/ERP systems). Using Python and Microsoft PowerBI, we produce automated analyses of test and production data on request. For this purpose, we create well-structured dashboards (available online on the company network at any time) showing important key figures such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, statistics, etc. As a National Instruments Alliance Partner, we use NI TestStand as a test management tool and NI LabVIEW for software development. Our certified and experienced software architects and developers have an extensive library of software modules that are used in the field of test automation and beyond. In addition, we use C/C++ in embedded systems where microcontrollers are used

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
