We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches. We are also happy to provide custom solutions made from cardboard products, paper, sheet metal, non-woven fabric, nylon or wood.

Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

We process belt and sheet material from 0.2 to 6 mm sheet thickness. We have invested in optimised machine units especially for processing aluminium strips, but not only for this purpose. Automatic punching presses, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses with pressing forces up to 3150 kN process belts/coils up to 600 mm wide. Tight dimensional tolerances, high flatness requirements and other technically demanding quality features are produced by us and partly controlled "in line". With our cleaning systems, which use organic, CHC-free cleaning agents in an environmentally friendly manner, we are also able to meet special cleanliness requirements – based on current standards for residual dirt identification. Through responsible management, we ensure that high quality standards – based on customer requirements – are achieved. We create precision deep-drawn parts made from stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metals at our modern production sites. Our production focuses on thin-walled and usually rotationally symmetrical hollow parts with wall thicknesses of between 0.15 and 2.3 mm. In doing so we not only implement the tightest tolerances regarding dimensions, shape and position, we also meet the high surface quality requirements of the components. The component cleanliness we need to achieve is also very important here. If required, the surfaces of the components are mechanically or galvanically reworked. Every year, our company processes roughly 1200 t of stainless steel, 1800 t of steel and 80 t of non-ferrous metals. Our employees' expertise, in conjunction with cutting edge production systems, enable us to produce highly complex geometries which can require more than 20 forming steps in extreme cases. And we achieve all this while meeting your precision and quality requirements.
