By doing this, BOUS allows production companies worldwide to ensure optimum cleaning of their products for the purposes of delivery or further processing. BOUS has its own customer service which, in addition to providing installation, commissioning and instruction services, can be contacted in the event of malfunctions or for regular annual maintenance. Furthermore, we provide training in the correct care and maintenance of the systems and accompany our customers in conducting initial washing tests and determining the ideal washing parameters on site – if necessary in cooperation with our long-standing chemicals partner.

One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging.
