In our technology and demonstration centre at the Lindlar (DE) site, customer requirements can be implemented, analysed and optimised at full scale. Your employees will be trained in the use of HSC technology. At its Lindlar site, IBAG Germany produces the majority of the high-precision parts used in IBAG spindles. This guarantees constant quality from the purchase of materials to the final acceptance. Our in-house part production means that we can meet our customers needs and delivery wishes more quickly and efficiently.

Precision and high-precision turned parts are used in many different areas, such as medical technology, aviation or optics. Precision turned parts such as threaded pins are used, for example, in dental technology. Apart from manufacturing your turned parts, we offer you different post-processing options including custom packaging solutions. A certified quality management system ensures that our high-precision turned parts are of first-class quality. We will also be happy to professionally implement your requirements with regard to very small turned parts. Our parts are manufactured using Swiss precision machines which guarantee top quality – turned parts with diameters from 0.2 mm to a maximum of 16 mm. Thanks to a high-frequency spindle, we are able to drill very small holes (with diameters of up to 0.02 mm) with speeds of up to 80, 000 rpm. Thread whirling/thread chasing up to a thread size of S0.3. Smaller sizes available upon request. Diameter tolerances with the highest precision in the µ range. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13458.

We offer adjustable drives with forces from 50 daN up to 200, 000 daN. A qualified team of engineers and technicians in the internal and external sales team can also advise you on-site regarding the proper selection of your drive. Continuous quality control and innovative development set new standards. For your safety, each drive only leaves our factory after extensive testing. The adjustment force can be up to 200, 000 daN, with an adjustment distance of up to 7000 mm and variable adjustment speed. Our drives are manufactured with hard-chrome plated push rods as standard (special requests can be accommodated). Industry-standard motor-drive units can be used, and can be connected to the adjustable drives via a DIN IEC flange. Rotary drives can also be flanged.
