  2. ROTEG AG ROBOTER TECHNOLOGIE

    Germany

roTeg has been active in the field of robot technology since 1993 and has been able to develop into a specialist for palletizing technology thanks to the innovative ideas of its dedicated workforce. Another focus is on special machine construction for power plant technology and automation solutions in explosive refinery areas. Solutions have been developed by the imaginative engineering team for well-known companies in all industries and implemented in their own production. The palletizing robots we manufacture, in combination with gripper technology and control software, form an extremely reliable and easy-to-operate robot system. Depending on the requirement profile, we offer a corresponding model of the PARO for optimized use in the company. The aim of our developments is to relieve the operator of as much work as possible and to give him freedom. The robust design and the constantly self-diagnosing system guarantee high availability and process reliability. Product changes or even the programming of new packing schemes are immediately entered by the operating personnel themselves in a menu-guided manner. In order to achieve an efficient design of the robotic cell, pallet conveyor technology manufactured by us is used to be able to continue palletizing without interrupting the production process. Operator intervention in the robotic cell for pallet exchange is no longer necessary.

  3. KELLER ITS - INFRARED TEMPERATURE SOLUTIONS

    Germany

It all started when company founder Carl Keller's had the powerful idea in 1894 of creating the first finger car for bricks and tiles. This vehicle took the form of a transport trolley with moving support arms, which made it easy to load and unload bricks and tiles. At the time, Carl Keller hoped that his invention would become a technical milestone in the process of mechanising transportation at brickworks. However, he probably did not expect that it would happen on the scale that it did. His inventions made working conditions easier and considerably boosted productivity. In 1910, this invention was followed by the first fully automated "Hörstel" machine, which could be use to cut bricks and tiles and drop them onto the transportation frame. Carl Keller continued to come up with more groundbreaking inventions which laid the foundation of the company which now operates around the world. Automation remained the key to success and quickly made the young company well known beyond its national borders.
