    Founded in 1977, the medium-sized company Phiesel GmbH is an highly modern turning plant that manufactures precision-turned parts and milled parts from a multitude of materials for clients in various industries. Our expertly trained employees, who number around 90 in all, produce turned parts in batches as small as 20–30 units up to large-scale production with batch sizes of 6.5 million parts. At our turning plant, in addition to the manufacturing of precision-turned parts within the permitted tolerances, we also produce fully assembled product components up to a diameter of 160 mm – made from steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium or brass. Our long-standing customers from all over the world for whom we produce precision-turned and milled parts predominantly come from the automotive industry (chassis and connection parts), appliance industry/white goods (drive elements, pump components, ventilation elements), and valve and machine/gear manufacturing.
