... The PMV 50 dryer is used for drying products with high moisture content, such as: dairy products, meat, fish, syrups, creams, fruit-based products, or liquid resins. The sample is placed in the drying chamber on the fiberglass filter. At the bottom of the chamber is the end of the waveguide from which the microwaves are emitted. Once the process is started, the microwaves diverge uniformly across the surface of the filter, thereby drying the sample.
