Our property is located in CELLES-sur-OURCE, in the south of Champagne, where the Cellois vineyard stretches across the sunlit hills of the Ource valley. Our champagnes age in the cellar for at least three years, five for the prestige cuvée, before being offered to you at perfect maturity. They are made from three noble champagne grape varieties: pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot meunier. In each bottle, we blend a minimum of two harvest years, which contributes to the consistent quality of CHEURLIN-DANGIN champagnes.

Indeed, our methods are artisanal and traditional, and the grape harvest is done manually to ensure the excellence and unique character of our wines and Crémants.

This amounts to nearly 380,000 bottles (in 75cl equivalent). The Marne vineyard is almost exclusively planted with Chardonnay (white grape) and partly with Pinot Noir (black grape). The Aube vineyard is primarily planted with Pinot Noir. In 2009, the average age of our vines was about 22 years, considering the partial renewal carried out each year.

The harvest has been entirely manual for centuries to ensure a quality and artisanal yield. The MULLER-KOEBERLE estate was one of the first cellars in Alsace. Today, we cultivate over 27 hectares of vineyards to offer several ranges of wines, including traditional Alsace wines, fruit wines, Terroir wines, Prestige and Grand Cru wines, as well as late harvest wines, white and rosé crémant. We also offer guest rooms in the heart of the Alsace vineyard along the wine route.
