...Foissy subcontract manufactures a very wide variety of "standard parts" (from over 1000 per day to less than 100 per year). They can be made of steel, cast iron, stainless steel, coated steel, refractory steel, or aluminum. They can come from wire, bars, sheets, or raw forgings and castings. They range from simple parts to complex components that involve multiple metal transformation techniques and/or assemblies. These parts can vary in size from about 1 centimeter to 2 meters, and in weight from a few grams to around thirty kilograms.
