Our company has taken root in the lands surrounding the Bordéo farm, worked by our family since 1962. We are proud to hold organic and biodynamic certifications, issued by Ecocert and Demeter, since 1985. Raw materials used at our distillery are sourced either from our gardens and fields or are foraged in the wild, particularly the aromatic plants endemic to the vegetation in Corsica.
