This tooling is used on injection presses for rubber and silicone in the industrial and building sectors etc. Our team of tool and mould makers comprises an engineering office and a methods office equipped with 3D CAD and CAM software. Additionally, we are equipped for precision mechanics (lathe-work, metal milling, spark erosion, metal and alloy drilling). We have a full machine base comprising machining centres that include one high-speed centre, CMZ lathes and borers. We have access to a continuous 5-axis machining centre that we use for machining reverse taper shapes through our partnership with CETIM.
