Austenitic, martensite and ferritic stainless steel: from class 3 to class 9, as well as food grade stainless steel. Aluminium: We machine all types of aluminium, including food grade aluminium. Cupreous: brass, copper and bronze. Titanium. Plastic & nylon: Nylon, Polyamide, standard mechanical thermoplastics, high performance thermoplastics, transparent thermoplastics.

For more than 36 years, AMPO, ISO 9001 version 2008-certified, has been your partner for machining your parts by turning, milling and bar-turning all materials (aluminium, stainless steel, steel, plastic, titanium, inconel, etc.). Our machine base has been upgraded with new machines to offer support to our customers and develop our company (5-axis lathe, spark-erosion with 600 x 400 mm table) and new inspection facilities (latest-generation numerically-controlled three-dimensional diameter 315 with 2 mandrels diameter 210): continuous 5-axis milling with table diameter 500 mm, 5/8-axis turning, machining from diameter 5 to 400 mm. DBN provides Centre and Wire turning and can produce 50 to 5000 parts from raw materials, such as steel, aluminium, bronze, stainless steel, cast iron, plastic, copper alloys and also with rough forging or casting. DBN provides: the technical follow-up for surface treatment and thermal treatment, precision finishing with interior / exterior rectification, centerless and plane, running in, deburring, hard turning, assembly and welding of subunits and also purchases components for subunits.
