The VALETTE company has been specializing in the production and sale of foie gras and black truffles from Périgord since 1920. VALETTE FOIE GRAS is a family business offering authentic, regional dishes. We generously prepare these products and also offer them in typical cooked dishes from the South West of France, such as cassoulet. We distribute our products both in France and for export.

Our company GAEC BIPER XOKOA is located in Halsou in the South-West of France. For nearly 10 years, we have specialized in the production of AOP Espelette pepper, a typical spice from the Basque Country that has a protected designation of origin (AOP). CHÂTEAU DE SALETTES is located in the heart of the Premières Côtes, between Gaillac and Cordes in the South-West of France. The vineyard of the Château spans 32 hectares on a clay-limestone soil that is very conducive to vine growing, with an average vine age of 40 years. Between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, the climate enjoyed by the vines is also exceptional. To produce high-quality wines, CHÂTEAU DE SALETTES blends typical grape varieties from the GAILLAC appellation such as Duras and Braucol for red wines, and Mauzac and Loin de l’œil for white wines.
