At our extensive production site, we offer the public a chance to discover the various traditional candy-making professions: the preparation of calisson paste from raw materials (melons, almonds, candied oranges), cooking in a water bath, shaping and glazing, as well as the production of flavored nougats, Easter nougat eggs, and some chocolate confections.
