Our original gourmet recipes have won numerous prizes, including the silver medal at the Natexpo innovation awards (carrot mousse with bleu d'Auvergne cheese) and the Epicure d'argent from the Monde de l'épicerie fine (Auvergne-style beetroot ketchup).

    After taking over management of the family farm in Bosquentin in 2016, we were keen to diversify and replant the rhubarb that used to be a feature of our farm. We started selling bundles of fresh rhubarb stalks and two years ago we expanded our range to include processed products designed to bring little-known rhubarb to a wider audience. We harvest rhubarb stalks by hand on the farm and they are then processed by nearby businesses.
