We are very focused on quality, which is why we import only from the regions around Barcelona and Tarragon, parsley (Global Gap and conventional) as well as mint and coriander (conventional). Smaller volume items (basil, chervil, bay, rosemary, thyme, etc.) are all 100% locally-sourced and grown in the Pyrénées-Orientales region.
