We are LA COMPAGNIE DE BURGONDIE, a cooperative comprising 800 wine-growing families and specialists from the famed Burgundy region. Our various wines are sourced from the vineyards and cellars of seven well-known winemakers from the north and south of this outstanding winemaking area: Bailly Lapierre, famed for its Crémants de Bourgogne and Auxerrois still wines. Les Vignerons de Buxy for its Côte Chalonnaise and premiers crus. La Cave de Viré and La Cave d'Azé for their Mâconnais wines. La Cave du Château de Chénas, La Cave du Château des Loges and Les Vignerons des Pierres Dorées for their Beaujolais wines. In 2015, these seven winemakers decided to pool their forces and create LA COMPAGNIE DE BURGONDIE so that they could share their expertise and learn together. DOMAINE GAEL MARTIN is located in Saint-Véran and has produced Crémant de Bourgogne wines for a number of generations. Today, our family vineyard covers 25 hectares strategically located across some of the finest terroirs of Macon and northern Beaujolais. We produce between 80, 000 to 100, 000 bottles annually, divided between Burgundies and Beaujolais for sale in France and internationally. Because the quality of our wines is our greatest concern, we are delighted to be certified HEV (high environmental value) . We use traditional craft methods and our grapes are harvested by hand to guarantee the excellence and unique character of our wines and cremants.

The Château du Garde... the tale of a family since 1925. The Château du Garde is located in the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation area, and its terroir is ideal for producing great Bordeaux wines. The Château du Garde has amassed unique expertise over four generations. As independent winemakers committed to the environmental cause, the Château du Garde has engaged in a sustainable development approach and was awarded High environmental Value Level 3 (HVE 3) certification in 2019. All our wines were tasted by Paolo Basso and Paz Levinson, two of the world's most respected sommeliers, and were mentioned several times, for instance in Sommeliers International, but also in Terre de Vins, and one of them (Cuvée Odette 2009) beat a Saint-Émilion grand cru classé to win a blind tasting award at La Plateforme Lyon in 2018.

DOMAINE F.JAUBERT

DOMAINE F.JAUBERT lies primarily in the commune of Ponteilla, in the centre of the Aspres in Roussillon. It extends over around 35 hectares, with a dozen or so hectares on the silty-clay and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The remaining 25 hectares are spread across the terraces of the Quaternaire, rocky soil with quartz pebbles and shale fragments. The eleven varieties of grape grown provide a great diversity of wines, from the more endemic, such as Grenache, Carignan and Muscat, to others that are less common in the Roussillon, such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Alicante Bouschet. The winery itself is located in the centre of the village. The estate has been in a process of conversion to organic techniques since 2019. It was in 1971 that Michelle and Gilbert Bossard founded the Domaine Basse-Ville, driven by their shared vision and love of wine. Their son Jean-Louis Bossard has headed the domaine since 2007, continuing the family traditional with flair. Our secret for producing exceptional muscadets lies in the combination of unique terroirs, careful selection at harvesting and slow, controlled fermentation. DOMAINE PONROY

Mr Jean Pierre Ponroy and his son Romain created the wine-growing estate in 2004 specializing in the production of DPO Reuilly wine. The estate now covers an area of 5.50 Ha whose first grape plants were planted in 2006 on clay-limestone, calcareous marl soils, and on high gravel and sand terraces. Our Sauvignon produces white dry and fruity wines, the Pinot Noir produces supple reds and the Pinot Gris produces dry, soft rosé wines.

We stir the lees at a secret date, according to the moon calendar, during 14 months and we bottle all all our wine in November. Our Muscadet is fed with antioxidant and its aromas are stable. Thus, our wine is better and for a longer time.
