This innovative process incorporates all the manufacturing stages of optical lenses: order taking, blocking, surface generation, polishing, laser marking, varnishing and inspection. The aim is to return to simple and universal technology that can be used by both large and small laboratories, as well as by opticians... We adapt to your production's evolution and can integrate with existing production lines. Our line also removes the need to store glasses. Both prescription lenses an now be machined directly according to the client's needs without the need to store semi-finished lenses. Precise, intuitive and versatile, this innovative process won the 2009 OSEO national competition and is patented with the National Institute for Industrial Property.

LERRAC OUTILLAGE offers watchmakers, opticians, jewellers and clock makers a vast choice of screwdrivers and hand tools from its base in Les Fins, a community in the Haut-Doubs region. Our screwdrivers and tools are fitted with special flat, cross-head, fretsaw blade, oiler, steel interchangeable, fixed or crosshead bits.
