Since 1960, the company JACQUEMOUX Décolletage has specialized in machining small to very long runs of bar-turned parts on traditional single-spindle, multi-spindle and numerically-controlled lathes. We machine all types of metals: steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminium, titanium, plastic… in bar diameters from 3 to 65 mm and billets up to 150 mm on NC lathes. Our machine base has been upgraded with new machines to offer support to our customers and develop our company (5-axis lathe, spark-erosion with 600 x 400 mm table) and new inspection facilities (latest-generation numerically-controlled three-dimensional diameter 315 with 2 mandrels diameter 210): continuous 5-axis milling with table diameter 500 mm, 5/8-axis turning, machining from diameter 5 to 400 mm.
