Buildings can be from Garden Houses to big Log Homes. Preloc Values are focused on high quality and a commitment to the requirements of the client. The log home is energy efficient because wood is a natural insulator. The insulation and thermal mass qualities of log naturally maintain the desired internal temperature level and are effective in isolating both cold and heat. As well as being a good thermal insulator, wood is also an excellent noise absorber, making wooden houses warm, relaxing and peaceful. Log house structures improve the comfort of living, whilst lowering costs for heating and ventilation. Research shows that living in a log house affects positively to your physical and mental health. We use log thicknesses ranging from 45 - 270mm. The logs can be massive or Laminated logs. Our Log Houses have taken their place in all climate conditions around the world. Designed on the basis of the special needs of our customers, a carefully planned and well builtLog House will withstand: extensive heat, excessive moisture, earthquakes, massive snow-loads and typhoons.
