Attualmente CDS si configura come l’unica azienda siciliana registrata presso il garante della privacy in grado di offrire il servizio di distruzione documentale certificata; quest’ultima rientra nell’insieme di attività (trattamento documentale) che normano la gestione dei dati sensibili, come chiaramente indicato all’art.4 del D. Lgs. 196/03.
