After that, the cow's milk is pasteurized and turned into curds before being made into mozzarella. The main ingredients of our shredded mozzarella are milk, starter cultures, rennet, and salt. The shredded mozzarella is then vacuum packed in polyethylene bags. Each package contains 6 frozen bags of 2 kg each.
