We can look back proudly on a tradition that stretches back over 130 years. The entrepreneur Friedrich Wilhelm Hesse founded the company in 1887. After forced nationalisation in 1972, the private company was re-privatised on 1st July 1990 by the founder's great-grandson, Mr Werner Siche (died 16th April 2013). In 2006, he was able to commission the new production facility in Ebersbach-Neugersdorf. Prior to 1990, we were already an important supplier for switching electronics, automotive engineering, the automotive industry, textile mechanical engineering, rail vehicle construction, armature and valve construction and many other industry sectors.
