In 2005, we laid the groundwork for our company and founded APS Germany GmbH in the Westphalian moors. The abbreviation APS stands for Automotive Product Solutions. The name describes us well: After a successful start, the company can now call itself an expert partner in the area of industrial vehicles and passenger cars. With its first-class refurbished replacement parts, APS provides its customers with an outstanding alternative to acquiring new parts (OE components) or used parts. In its start-up phase, the company focused mainly on the German market for industrial vehicles under the brand name "NKW-Austauschteile". The company gradually expanded beyond German borders into other European markets such as France, the Benelux countries, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and the Baltic. The company extended its product range with the "re[matronic]" brand and has also been offering replacement parts for passenger vehicles under this name since 2009.

Industrial Trading Solutions (ITS) was formed in 2002 from a core of Alfa Laval people, to take over the distribution of Alfa Laval Flow Equipment Products and Spares for the Dairy, Food, Brewery, Soft Drink, Biopharm and Pharmaceutical Industries. As the Principle Alfa Laval UK Distributor, ITS sell at Alfa Laval discounted prices (with additional price support for larger projects) but, from both the "local" UK stock based in the Midlands ("same day" or "next day" service) and 24 hour direct on line service from the Alfa Laval European Central Distribution Centre in Denmark.
