SILROC CZ, Inc. is a Czech joint stock company, which has existed in its present form since 2003. The company currently has 70 employees and is located in the Jizera mountains in the northern region of the Czech Republic (close to the Polish and German borders). Injection moulding machines are used to manufacture a wide variety of products and components from liquid silicone rubber. Our owners and company management believe that business should be based on moral principles and the need to act responsibly. It should consist of business decisions and strategy, as well as values and relationships. The company was set up in 1991 and in short period of time became one of the most important companies in foundry and heat engineering. The foundry uses two technologies – casting in sand moulds and casting in metal moulds, depending on customer´s request, quantity required, complexity of casting and - last but not least - quality requirements. When the castings is cast, such operations as trimming, grinding and shot blasting are performed and, if the customer requests so, also additional operations, such as thermal processing, machining, impregnation, varnishing and semi-assemblies.
